1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StageAura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StageAura is an AI-powered virtual staging platform that generates photorealistic staged interior photos from empty room photographs. The Service uses artificial intelligence and is provided "as-is."

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Content Ownership & License

Your Content: You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading, you grant StageAura a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the staging service.

Generated Content: You own the AI-generated staged photos and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial real estate listings.

Restrictions:You may not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or violates any applicable laws.

5. MLS Compliance & Disclosure

Important: Many Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and real estate regulations require disclosure when photos have been virtually staged. It is your sole responsibility to:

  • Comply with all applicable MLS rules regarding virtual staging disclosure
  • Include appropriate "Virtually Staged" labels or watermarks as required by your MLS
  • Ensure listings clearly disclose that photos are virtually staged
  • Follow all National Association of Realtors (NAR) ethics guidelines
  • Comply with state and local laws regarding virtual staging (including California AB 723 and similar legislation)

StageAura provides an MLS watermark tool to help with compliance, but the responsibility for proper disclosure lies solely with you.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free accounts receive 3 complimentary staged photos.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Photo credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the next period.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload photos you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Misrepresent AI-generated images as actual photographs of existing furnishings

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

StageAura uses artificial intelligence to generate staged photos. While we strive for photorealistic quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or imperfections. Generated images are artistic representations and should not be considered exact depictions of real furniture or decor. Actual furniture dimensions, colors, and availability may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

StageAura is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your uploaded photos and generated content will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
